On a planned bird hike to Weston Bend State Park. We got an early start at 7am and walked up the path a bit. When the sprinkles began we headed back to the parking area and waited under cover. Not too much later, the clouds began to break up and eventually the sun came out. It was a beautiful day, great birding! We ended the morning at the overlook. The hooded warbler made itself heard, but never came out to make an appearance. However, two trees next to each other held a Scarlet and Summer Tanager which was lovely!

He was right in the middle of the walkway, just working his way along.
It's good to see other things too!
